Job summary

Camp For All in Wisconsin is seeking a passionate Program Manager to lead and strengthen our programming team across locations, including a new site. You will oversee year‑round operations, mentor staff, and help shape an innovative and inclusive programming roadmap that delivers exceptional camper experiences.

This full‑time role reports to the Camp Director, with responsibilities from budgeting to community engagement, and occasional overnight on‑call as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• 3+ years leading year-round team in camp or similar.
• Strong mentoring and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset and problem solving.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-time and seasonal programming staff, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute an innovative and inclusive programming roadmap.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and problem-solving within the program department.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute camp programs and activities aligned with the mission and diverse needs.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance campers' experiences with innovative practices.
• Develop and manage the program department budget, allocating resources effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen relationships and program offerings.
• Build a strong sense of community and inclusivity within Camp For All.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies as needed.
• Represent Camp For All in the community through events and volunteer opportunities.
