Job summary

Camp For All in Texas seeks a Camp Director to provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership across sites, aligning with the CEO/COO to deliver high-quality camper experiences.

This role oversees programs, food service, staffing, budgets, and partner relations, and drives outcomes measurement and community engagement. You will mentor staff and represent Camp For All in industry collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in camp management or development.
• Minimum ten years’ leadership experience in nonprofit settings.
• Experience with special needs populations and barrier-free program development.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships and grow mission opportunities.
• Strong ability to communicate with staff, partners, donors and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management for Camp For All across site.
• Oversee camper and partner experiences, data collection, and outcomes measurement.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration.
• Cultivate external partnerships and industry involvement.
• Oversee program development, food service, staffing and safety.
