Job summary

Morgan’s Wonderland Camp in San Antonio, TX seeks a Program Manager to lead camper and guest experiences within an inclusive, safety‑driven culture. You will coordinate camp activities, schedule staff, and ensure accessibility while partnering with the Program Leadership Team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of camp operations experience with some managerial responsibilities.
  • Commitment to Morgan’s Wonderland Camp mission and values.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and fiscal management abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent camper, group, guest and volunteer experience.
  • Collaborate and develop camp schedules for assigned user groups and events.
  • Lead and train seasonal staff; supervise and evaluate performance.
  • Ensure safety, accessibility and ACA compliance across activities and facilities.
  • Manage budgets for assigned activity areas and monitor expenditures.
  • Coordinate with cross‑department teams to deliver seamless camp experiences.
  • Maintain records, reports, and certifications related to activities and staff.
