This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the heart of operational planning and execution, directly influencing fleet scaling and market performance. You will be instrumental in translating intricate operational data into clear, actionable insights, building robust tracking models, and spearheading targeted initiatives that significantly enhance vehicle supply and demand alignment. Your strategic analytical modeling combined with hands-on project execution will be critical in a fast-paced environment, making a direct impact on the efficiency and success of advanced mobility solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze Supply Trends & Performance: Monitor daily trends in supply delivery, vehicle uptime, and fleet health; analyze operational metrics to proactively identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Execute Strategic Scaling Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional special projects aimed at scaling fleet infrastructure, optimizing vendor handoffs, and improving operational workflows across markets.
  • Support Vehicle Demand Planning: Partner with operational and analytical leads to support vehicle demand planning, ensuring fleet staging and staging forecasts align seamlessly with localized market demand and rider requirements.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical data insights into clear executive summaries and present to cross-functional stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in the autonomous vehicle technology, ride-sharing, or high-growth fleet logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, Agile frameworks, or structured continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Background in demand forecasting, inventory/vehicle supply planning, or depot throughput optimization.
