What You'll Do
  • Support the Regulatory Compliance team in managing the lifecycle of vehicles, including onboarding and offboarding processes. This involves meticulous status tracking using various spreadsheets, updating vehicle profiles within internal compliance systems, and ensuring the secure management and storage of both physical and digital vehicle documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for vehicle compliance management workflows, actively identifying and proposing enhancements that boost efficiency and maintain robust compliance standards.
  • Assist in the collection of internal operational data, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies as required.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting compliance or program management within a highly regulated industry, with a preference for transportation-related experience.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets, demonstrating a strong ability to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits or investigations with a regulatory focus.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and basic formulas, and standard office productivity suites.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the creation and management of operational documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in fleet management.
  • A self-starter with an exceptional attention to detail, possessing high levels of integrity, personal ownership, and a commitment to quality work.
  • Demonstrable ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • High technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software and internal compliance systems.
