Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Program Manager III to support a DSCA proposal effort in Arlington, VA. The role requires fifteen years in IT with ten in program management, handling programs with a $2.5M+ annual budget and 15–20 personnel under RMF/CUI controls.

Active Secret Clearance is required along with a Bachelor's in a related field and PMP, AWS Architect, CISSP certifications. Attractive benefits package offered.

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Program Manager III to support our proposal effort at DSCA in Arlington, VA.

Required Experience

• Fifteen (15) years of Information Technology experience, with at least ten (10) of those years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.


• Size & Complexity Definition: Experience managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks (e.g., DoW RMF, CUI).

Consecutive Experience

• Five (5) years of consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.


• Experience with the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)


• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is highly desirable.

Required Education

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Required Certifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).


• Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud provider


• Cybersecurity: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
