Acquisition-Professionals-LLC in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking a candidate for a proposal requiring a Top Secret security clearance. The position involves managing programs to support the organization's mission, including strategic explorations and special programs.

THIS POSITION IS FOR A PROPOSAL. IT REQUIRES A TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AND A LETTER OF COMMITMENT.
The organization requires program management, administrative, analytics, acquisition, and financial advisory and assistance support to accomplish the office's mission for existing and planned programs. To provide support for the successful execution of existing and new programs in the following focus areas: Strategic Explorations and Special Programs.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general to be classified in any single functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Usually managed through subordinate supervisors. Excludes First-Line Supervisors. Maintain awareness of their full program portfolio, including budgets, performers, seedlings, SBIR/STTR, and Congressional efforts. Prepare and provide inputs for program plans, quarterly reviews, and budget documentation. Ensure program activities stay within technical, schedule, and cost baselines. Participate in Program Reviews and ensure their materials are "Ready to Review".
Bachelor's degree. Six (6) years of experience providing regulatory compliance and approval of all contract-related expenses. Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating the work activity of all personnel involved in all aspects of the contract, and to integrate problem resolution in the ongoing work without loss of fiscal integrity and workforce efficiency. At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity in planning, developing, and executing major research and development efforts for defense organizations. Experience in developing, implementing, and executing effective plans for overall contract management, contract administration, security, training, and quality assurance.
