Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job and 4+ years of related experience, incl. 2+ in supervisory/PM roles.
• Strong skills in budgeting, planning, and program governance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages moderately complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinates with internal and external customers, monitors effectiveness, and implements improvements.
• Develops budgets, forecasts, and manages program-related projects.
• Leads meetings, presentations, and collaborations with City officials and committees.
