Job summary

The University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Program Manager II for Student Support Services to assist the Department Chair and MPH programs with program operations, development, and evaluation.

The onsite, Monday–Friday role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years' experience; Master’s degree preferred. You will manage courses, support accreditation and data reporting, and assist with marketing and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree (e.g. MPH, MSW, MPA) preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Accreditation support for HLC and CEPH accreditation.
• Course and program management support.
• Marketing, outreach and recruitment.
• Data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.
• Departmental support including event planning and scheduling meetings.
