Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager II to lead planning initiatives across Labor and Equipment Planning within TOM TPDE, supporting 700+ yards across the US and Canada. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with labor, fleet, analytics, and finance to align short-term labor and equipment allocation with business goals.

You will own roadmaps, coordinate multi-stakeholder rollout, and use data to track health and drive improvements, delivering measurable outcomes for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution for your area - setting priorities, making trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, and communicating effectively to Managers and Senior Managers
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and coordinate execution of rollouts
• Manage implementation across a group of cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to OP1/OP2 narratives while providing ongoing operational support
• Use data and metrics to track program health, identify improvements, and report results to leadership
• Partner with field leadership to translate model outputs into actionable execution guidance and close the loop on variance to plan
