Job summary

Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, supporting TS16494, APQP, and AIAG requirements, and conducting phase-gate reviews with leadership. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of post-undergraduate degree experience in a project/process/manufacturing management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration required.
• MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the program scope on behalf of the company and its suppliers.
• Summarize and report status to teammates, suppliers, customers, and management.
• Initiate and manage programs through the product realization process and engineering change requests.
• Utilize the open issues matrix with risk mitigation plans.
• Develop and manage the program budget and report updates to management.
• Drive program timing with milestones and gate reviews.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams to meet TS16494, APQP, and AIAG requirements.
• Support business unit or regional strategic plans and communicate with stakeholders.
• Supervise quality engineers and provide performance feedback for direct reports.
