Job summary

Amazon seeks a Program Manager I to join our Global Logistics Imports team in the United States. You will lead cross-functional programs that optimize our global supply chain, leveraging data analytics, project management, and stakeholder coordination to drive operational excellence across partner networks.

Responsibilities include building project plans, tracking budgets, managing risks, and delivering updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience in Trade Compliance and/or Supply Chain industry, i.e. as customs agent/officer, compliance specialist, or customs operations.
  • 1+ Year Logistics or Carrier Management Experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

A day in the life

You’ll start your day reviewing program metrics and addressing any operational challenges that arose overnight. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with teams across the globe, from tech and customs partners to logistics providers. You’ll lead project meetings, analyze performance data, and work on process improvements. You might develop a new reporting dashboard, strategize with stakeholders on program enhancements, or create executive presentations highlighting program achievements and opportunities.

Global Logistics Imports is dedicated to optimizing speed and cost in the movement of freight from global manufacturing hubs to Amazon’s international marketplaces. We serve both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Our team leverages logistics providers and internal Amazon supply chain solutions to increase selection and lower costs for our customers. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
