Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Core Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives tailored to non-linear Data Science & ML workflows.
• Unblock Technical Teams: Proactively identify, track, and clear technical and operational roadblocks for data scientists and ML engineers.
• Dependency & Milestone Tracking: Track internal technical deliverables and cross-functional dependencies across data pipelines, model builds, and engineering integrations.
• Execution Transparency: Maintain accurate, up-to-date execution status in Jira/Confluence to provide clear visibility into sprint velocity, risks, technical blockers, and completion timelines.

Position Title: Program Manager II, Data Science & Machine Learning

Work Location: South San Francisco

Assignment Duration: 6 months

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (standard 8 hours)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (three days onsite, two remote)

Key Responsibilities:
