Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting is seeking a Temporary Program Manager to partner in defining and driving UX work across the Emerging Experiences UX organization, focusing on the GTX and Create portfolios. This temporary role provides critical program continuity and operational coverage.

About the Job:
  • We are looking for a Temporary Program Manager to partner in defining and driving UX work across the Emerging Experiences UX organization, specifically focusing on the GTX (Gaming, Teens, & XR) and Create portfolios.
  • This is a temporary role designed to provide critical program continuity and operational coverage.
  • In this position, you will work closely with UX leadership and cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, and TPgM to coordinate initiatives ranging from mobile creator tooling to interactive playables and teen-focused experiences.
  • You will act as the UX operational anchor across these dynamic spaces-building strong relationships, aligning stakeholders across organizational boundaries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and program momentum during this temporary coverage period.
Minimum role qualifications requirement:
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
