Supplemental Job Description: Role: Recruiting Coordinator Hybrid - MTV RLS1
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles, interviewers, and hiring teams. You will manage complex, multi-stage interview loops involving technical assessments, executive panels, and cross-functional culture interviews, ensuring zero scheduling conflicts.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel. You will act as the engine of the recruiting process, driving velocity while maintaining high standards for interviewer preparation.
Serve as a thoughtful and highly responsive primary point of contact for candidates. You will manage communications from initial outreach through the final decision, providing clear expectations and ensuring every candidate feels valued, regardless of the outcome.
Proactively identify scheduling constraints and interviewer fatigue. You will monitor interviewer load and availability, surfacing potential bottlenecks to Talent leadership before they impact hiring timelines or the quality of candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interview changes and cancellations with urgency and empathy. You will minimize disruption for both candidates and busy engineering teams, maintaining a professional and seamless brand image for Tapestry throughout logistical shifts.
Serve as the Greenhouse power user and subject matter expert. You will advise the broader team on best practices for coordination workflows and ensure we are leveraging the full suite of Greenhouse's automation and scheduling features.
Maintain meticulous data integrity. You will be responsible for the accuracy of candidate profiles, interview feedback logs, and hiring stages, ensuring that our system of record is always reliable for real-time reporting.
Build and optimize operational infrastructure. You will design and maintain interview plans, interview kits, and email templates, standardizing the candidate journey across all business units to ensure consistency and scalability.
Partner with Talent leadership to audit system efficiency. You will conduct regular reviews of Greenhouse workflows to identify redundant steps or manual tasks that can be automated to improve the overall productivity of the recruiting team.
Develop and manage advanced operational tools. You will build spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers in Google Sheets that provide deep visibility into recruiter activity, interviewer utilization, and pipeline velocity.
Analyze hiring metrics to surface actionable trends. You will go beyond data entry to interpret hiring forecasts and scheduling turnaround times, recommending process adjustments to help Tapestry meet its aggressive growth targets.
Establish scalable documentation. You will author and maintain comprehensive process guides and wikis, ensuring that institutional knowledge is preserved and that new Talent team members can be onboarded quickly and effectively.
