What You’ll Do
  • Lead Integration Project Management: Drive the execution of enterprise third-party integration programs across multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating activities with diverse teams including Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Finance, and other risk and control partners.
  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring precise alignment with the overall integration roadmap and leadership directives.
  • Navigate Complexity & Interdependencies: Proactively track and manage interdependencies across workstreams, escalating risks and decisions to ensure smooth progress and timely resolution.
  • Conduct Gap & Variance Analysis: Coordinate in-depth risk and process‑based gap/variance analysis between current state practices and enterprise requirements.
  • Design Interim Solutions: Support the design and documentation of interim processes and oversight approaches to effectively mitigate identified gaps ahead of full integration.
  • Track Portfolio Synergies: Coordinate comprehensive analysis of third‑party portfolios to identify overlapping or duplicate suppliers, align risk tiering and segmentation, and uncover opportunities for rationalization or consolidation.
  • Drive Synergy Tracking: Establish and maintain critical synergy tracking artifacts (e.g., supplier overlaps, cost opportunities, risk reduction indicators), diligently tracking progress against targets set by leadership.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Prepare senior management‑ready integration reporting, including status updates, key risks and mitigations, dependency and decision tracking, and portfolio and synergy summaries.
  • Support Executive Reporting: Assist in the preparation of materials for integration governance forums and senior leadership reviews, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Orchestrate Alignment: Facilitate working sessions and integration checkpoints to maintain consistent alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Data Integration: Coordinate activities related to vendor and risk data integration, including inventory alignment and data readiness.
  • Manage Procurement Data: Support coordination of activities involving enterprise procurement systems and related vendor data.
  • Maintain Structured Documentation: Ensure transparency and continuity by maintaining structured documentation using standard project management and documentation tools.
Must‑Hold Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including supporting complex, cross-functional integration initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams as a senior individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to conduct and coordinate gap/variance analysis and support interim operating model design.
  • Experience working with or adjacent to vendor management, procurement, supplier or third‑party portfolios, or risk/compliance-related programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, executive‑level integration reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in standard project management and documentation tools.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Post‑acquisition or large‑scale business integration experience.
  • Exposure to third‑party risk management concepts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement/vendor platforms.
  • Experience tracking integration synergies (cost, efficiency, risk reduction).
  • Regulated industry experience.
