Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Program Manager I to support the successful execution of assigned programs by coordinating plans, schedules, and resources across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams. You will monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance while maintaining strong customer communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field with 5–8 years of experience (or a Master’s with 3–6 years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in program management, operations or engineering.
• Experience applying program lifecycle management and risk management in cross-functional settings.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, PM tools, and business reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day program activities to align with cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions to address risks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers and coordinate reviews and status reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and integrated product team meetings.
