Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist III to provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support for Navy EW, decoy, and SEWIP programs. You will integrate logistics, data science, and operations research to improve system readiness, availability, and lifecycle performance.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and at least seven years of relevant experience. Location is on-site at Crane, Indiana, with responsibilities spanning cradle-to-grave

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or lifecycle support.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience supporting EW, decoy, or SEWIP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics across operational, acquisition, sustainment, and wholesale environments.
• Plan and manage life-cycle logistics activities for system readiness and sustainment.
• Develop logistics policies, procedures, and guidance for EW/SEWIP systems.
• Analyze logistics data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support technology transition, fielding, installation, test, and sustainment.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to logistics standards and processes.
• Prepare logistics documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Track actions to meet requirements on schedule and within performance standards.
• Support continuous improvement to optimize readiness and lifecycle performance.
