Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager I to provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the MEWSD for Navy EW, decoy, and SEWIP systems.

You will integrate logistics, data science, reliability, maintainability, and operations research to model complex systems and drive data-driven decisions. You will lead cradle-to-grave activities, including engineering, installation, testing, sustainment, and repair, ensuring readiness, performance, and cost balance across programs in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, direction, leadership, and oversight for major programs and research initiatives.
• Manage large, multi-year programs with sub-projects and tasks.
• Define program structure, objectives, priorities, and approach to meet mission requirements.
• Develop short- and long-range plans to support program execution.
• Direct the technical approach and overall program strategy.
• Coordinate with agency personnel to obtain resources and funding.
• Establish and manage milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and control schedules to keep milestones on track.
• Monitor budgets and costs throughout the lifecycle.
• Address schedule, cost, resource, or technical issues as they arise.
