PingWind, Inc. seeks an Operations Research Analyst II to support the MEWSD for Navy EW, decoy, and SEWIP systems.

The role covers cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, logistics, testing, sustainment, and lifecycle performance to optimize warfighting capability while balancing mission needs and cost. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Active security clearance: Secret.

Responsibilities

• Apply mathematical, scientific, engineering, and analytical methods to evaluate complex operational and organizational challenges.
• Analyze the use and allocation of personnel, funding, materials, equipment, and other resources to improve operational performance.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, performance measurement, and scheduling activities.
• Gather, validate, organize, and analyze information from large datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and evaluate mathematical and analytical models representing complex systems and processes.
• Conduct modeling, simulation, and what-if analyses to assess impact of resources and conditions.
