American Ordnance is seeking a Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated programs under the Program Director to meet goals within time and funding constraints. You will manage schedule, performance, financials, and customer communications with no direct reports.

You will coordinate with internal resources for contract administration, purchasing, production, cost analysis; maintain strong customer commitment; address urgent issues; develop proposals; and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business Administration or technical field is required.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience is required.
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current Passport.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with internal resources to support contract administration, purchasing, production, cost control and analysis, reporting on programs.
• Maintains strong customer commitment through regular communication and status updates.
• Responds to urgent contract/production/materials/supply chain issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develops proposals and pricing strategies to compete for new contracts.
• Coordinates special projects as needed.
