Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an entry-level Program Manager I to oversee smaller projects through the full lifecycle. You will forecast sales, new business, and gross profit while maintaining strong customer communication and delivering on commitments.

This role requires collaboration with Integrated Product Teams and adherence to Earned Value practices where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years of functional experience is required.
• Entry level program management position.
• CAPM/PMP Certification or Equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holds self and team accountable for high performance standards and manages changing priorities with some oversight.
• Communicates project objectives to the team and aligns with Company plans.
• Leads development of detailed project plans using company policies and industry best practices.
• Manages project teams per plans and interprets risk analyses and financial reports.
• Forecasts new business, sales and gross profit to meet operating plans.
• Coordinates with finance to establish budgets and controls for assigned programs.
