Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience in cost and schedule controls and IMS management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and profit & loss.
• Apply working knowledge of energetic materials, solid rocket motors, and related components.
• Serve as primary company–customer interface, balancing stakeholder interests and leading customer groups.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to a cross-functional program team (contracts, finance, OPM, supply chain, scheduling, engineering, mission assurance, safety, operations).
• Own schedule management through integrated master schedules and Earned Value Management to meet milestones.
