Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Program Manager 2 to lead a hypersonic program in Roy, UT. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing and support teams to deliver on cost, schedule and technical performance.

Requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree with 8 years (or Master's with 6 years) is required. Relocation assistance and travel up to 10% are possible, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience.
Master's degree with 6 years of related experience.
Additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Directing all phases of program from inception through completion.
Overseeing cost, schedule and technical performance of tooling programs.
Acting as customer contact for program activities and reviews.
Establishing milestones and monitoring master plans and schedules.
Directing the work of employees across technical, manufacturing and admin areas.
Collaborating across teams to ensure on-time execution.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and maintaining risk register.
Strategically managing budgets with financial rigor and predictability.
