Program Manager, Hyperscaler & Partner Marketing (Contractor)
Location: Remote (North America)
Duration: 12 Months
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager for Hyperscaler Partner Marketing & Market Development Funds (MDF) to oversee and execute co-marketing strategy with key Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and technology alliance partners across North America. In this contract role, you will be responsible for end-to-end program management of co-marketing initiatives with leading Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform). You will lead the operational lifecycle of partner MDF—from fund allocation, proposal development, and execution through to proof-of-performance (PoP) submission, claims reconciliation, and pipeline measurement.
This role blends strategic program governance with hands-on campaign execution, ensuring maximum ROI from partner funding and strengthening our strategic alliance relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Hyperscaler Co-Marketing Execution
- Campaign & Program Governance: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end integrated co-marketing campaigns with top Hyperscaler partners (AWS, GCP, Azure) to drive demand, marketplace listings, and pipeline generation.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute integrated initiatives including digital campaigns, joint webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), field events, and sales enablement activities.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Alignment: Collaborate with Alliance Leadership, Sales, and Field Marketing teams to ensure partner marketing strategies align with core business revenue targets.
MDF Management & Operations
- Fund Allocation & Proposal Strategy: Lead the MDF lifecycle—authoring compelling co-marketing proposals, submitting fund requests, and securing Hyperscaler approvals.
- Compliance & Claims Management: Track campaign execution, gather complete Proof-of-Performance (PoP) artifacts, submit claims within strict partner timelines, and ensure 100% fund utilization and reimbursement.
- Budget Tracking: Maintain rigorous financial tracking of allocated, committed, and reimbursed MDF funds across multiple alliance accounts.
Stakeholder Management & Digital Presence
- Partner & Internal Relationships: Build strong operational relationships with Hyperscaler Partner Marketing Managers (PMMs), Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and internal alliance executives.
- Web & Content Optimization: Maintain and optimize technology partnership web pages, landing pages, and marketplace listings to ensure frictionless conversion and clear joint value messaging.
- Sales Enablement: Produce and distribute co-branded assets, solution briefs, and battlecards to enable internal and partner sales teams.
Reporting, Analytics & QMRs
- Performance Tracking: Set, measure, and report on campaign KPIs, MDF ROI, lead flow, and partner-sourced/influenced pipeline.
- Executive Reviews: Lead data-driven Quarterly Marketing Reviews (QMRs) with alliance executives, detailing lead nurture progression, financial reconcilement, and program impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of enterprise partner marketing or alliance marketing experience within the B2B SaaS or Technology sector (Cybersecurity background strongly preferred).
- Hyperscaler Expertise: Direct experience managing co-marketing programs and navigating partner portals/marketplaces with major CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- MDF Lifecycle Mastery: Proven track record of submitting, executing, tracking, and claiming MDF allocations with full compliance and zero audit issues.
- Project & Program Management: Exceptional organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-partner programs concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Alliances, and Sales.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), and partner portals to track attribution and ROI.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
