Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager in Chester/Delaware County to oversee day-to-day management of specific programs and services. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery to participants, with on-call rotation and Monday–Friday hours.

The role requires knowledge of human services, excellent organization, and strong problem-solving abilities, with emphasis on collaboration with community partners and adherence to program requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of human services principles, best practices, and evidence-based interventions.
• Must know community resources and social services for program participants.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and logistics.
• Flexibility to adjust strategies to changing needs and circumstances.

Responsibilities
