Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably in housing-related services.
Licensed master’s degree in social work (LMSW) or mental health counseling (LMHC) and one (1) year of applicable experience.
Relevant experience in a mid-sized organization.
Responsibilities
Understand contract requirements and communicate them to staff.
Train staff on program responsibilities and ensure contract compliance.
Coordinate day-to-day activities of direct reporting staff.
Conduct weekly supervision and client progress reviews.
Identify and address clients' housing needs.
Skills
Supervisory experience
