Job summary
CAMBA is seeking a full-time Program Manager for its Stability and Citywide Supportive Housing programs in New York City. The successful candidate will supervise program staff, coordinate services to clients facing homelessness, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. A Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience in housing-related services are required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years supervisory experience, preferably in housing-related services.
LMSW or LMHC with one year of applicable experience.
Experience in a mid-sized organization preferred.
Responsibilities
Train staff in program responsibilities, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of direct reporting staff.
Conduct weekly supervision for direct reporting staff.
Skills
Supervisory experience
Familiarity with counseling services
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
Licensed master’s degree in social work (LMSW) or mental health counseling (LMHC)
