Job summary

The Davidson Management Honors Program (DMHP) at The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a Program Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and assessment of programs serving ~250 high-achieving business honors students. This role reports to the DMHP Director and collaborates with faculty, staff, alumni, and university partners.

The ideal candidate will excel in student advising, leadership development, events, and communications, with a strong commitment to student success and belonging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; three years of related experience (an equivalent combination may be considered).
• Experience developing and coordinating student programs and events.
• Experience supervising student employees or leaders.
• Experience creating marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing budgets, purchasing, and financial transactions.
• Experience using CRM or student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise approximately 125 DMHP students and meet with them regularly on academic planning and goals.
• Coordinate Peer Mentor Program and CORE Team activities and assessments.
• Recruit, train, and mentor student leaders and programs.
• Plan and execute recruitment events, student engagement initiatives, and travel for conferences and competitions.
• Manage admissions workflow from application to enrollment and develop communications.
