Job summary

University of Texas at Dallas seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Davidson Management Honors Program (DMHP). You will plan, coordinate, implement, and assess programs that support student success, leadership, engagement, and community building for ~250 high-achieving business honors students.

You will serve as the primary contact for students and collaborate with faculty, staff, alumni, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years of related experience or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Business or related field
• Experience coordinating student programs and events; supervising student employees or leaders
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for marketing materials
• Experience with budgets, purchasing, and financial transactions; CRM or student information systems experience

Responsibilities

• Advise ~125 DMHP students and support academic planning and career goals
• Coordinate DMHP Peer Mentor Program and CORE Team activities
• Recruit, train, and mentor Peer Mentors and CORE Team members
• Manage admissions workflow from application to enrollment; conduct interviews and holistic review
• Plan and execute recruitment events, engagement activities, and outreach
• Coordinate travel, events, and experiential learning opportunities
• Develop recruitment communications and marketing materials
• Oversee program operations, including budgeting, vendor contracts, and purchases
