The People Concern's Santa Monica Homeless Multidisciplinary Street Team is seeking a licensed eligible mental health professional (Ph.D., PSY.D., MSW or MFT) to serve as the program manager on this multidisciplinary street outreach team.

The team collaborates with City services to engage chronically homeless individuals with co-occurring mental health, substance use, and medical issues, delivering individualized service plans and assisting with housing and benefits enrollment.

Formación

• Master's degree in a mental health field (MSW, MFT, LPC or PsyD).
• Two years of direct supervision and management of staff.
• Experience with homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and medical challenges.
• California Driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary team and ensure continuity of care across agency and partner resources.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to staff, including in emergencies and crises.
• Serve as the team's mental health consultant and care provider with emphasis on harm reduction.
• Assist in budget oversight and ensure program revenue and expenses align with the adopted budget.
• Help ensure hiring practices reflect diversity and meet funding requirements.
• Coordinate reporting and documentation across electronic databases and annual reviews.
