• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders on task objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct continuous service delivery improvement to enhance capabilities and performance.
• Assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies and goals.
