Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a program manager with operational experience in telecom obligations to lead Global Service Compliance for Amazon Leo. The PM will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage complex compliance programs, and align with regulatory changes across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience collaborating with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with Amazon Leo's global service expansion goals and objectives.
• Own ongoing prioritization, resourcing and development of GSC's strategy and plan for assigned compliance workstreams; monitor and plan for change against the Amazon Leo Business strategy and regulatory landscape.
• Plan GSC's roadmap and mechanism structure to ensure growth scales globally.
• Be a subject matter expert and central point of contact for internal and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate deliverables.
• Own administrative functions for internal coordination, including function-based calendar management, workspace accesses, creation and maintenance of knowledge artifacts and support onboarding and training of personnel.
