Job summary

The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, and removes blockers to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives. The position interfaces with brokers, government officers and internal teams, requiring strong communication and a track record in international trade compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, project management or product management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication.
• 5+ years of experience in international trade compliance.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and deliver results.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, coordinating deliverables and timelines.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and resource needs with senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to manage and track projects to completion.
