Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced program manager in the United States to drive cross-functional initiatives in a technology company. You will lead program management and operations, partnering with marketing and product teams to streamline processes.

The role requires hands-on SQL querying, advanced Salesforce reporting, and strong data analysis using Google Sheets to translate raw data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in program management or operations within a technology company.
• Must be able to write SQL to query databases and possess advanced proficiency in Salesforce (navigating objects, creating reports, and extracting data).
• Proven track record of streamlining operational processes between marketing and program teams.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and Google Sheets. Can take raw data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing materials for leadership (SteerCos, QBRs)
