Job summary

Equinix seeks a seasoned leader to drive global talent programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and trainee pathways. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to design scalable solutions that align with workforce needs and business strategy.

You will influence senior stakeholders, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable value through governance, reporting, and operational rhythms across a global footprint.

Qualifications

7+ years leading enterprise-wide programs or workforce initiatives in HR, TA, or related functions.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy, drive change, and deliver business outcomes.
Experience managing global, cross-functional programs and organizational initiatives.
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience building, scaling, or optimizing internship, apprenticeship, trainee, or other emerging talent programs preferred.
Experience with Talent Marketplace, workforce planning, talent intelligence, talent mobility, or skills-based workforce practices preferred.
Knowledge of Build-Borrow-Buy-Place and strategic workforce planning methodologies preferred.
Experience operating within complex, global organizations undergoing transformation preferred.
Program, project management, agile, or change management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, HR, and partner teams.
Translate workforce demand into talent solutions and advise on capability needs.
Develop and execute global internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, and other emerging talent pathways.
Create scalable frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms for global delivery.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of global emerging talent programs from strategy through continuous improvement.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving HR, TA, Talent Marketplace, HR Operations, Finance, Communications, Legal, and stakeholders.
Establish success metrics, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to demonstrate program effectiveness and business value.
Integrate emerging talent pathways with Talent Marketplace and workforce planning strategies.
Build pathways supporting career growth, internal mobility, and workforce sustainability.
Build trusted partnerships and influence senior-level decision-making through recommendations and presentations.
Lead change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies for talent transformation.
Advocate for emerging talent, workforce innovation, and skills-based talent strategies across Equinix.
