EXB Solutions (a Quest Defense Systems and Solutions company) is growing and looking to add a Program Manager – FPGA for our DO-254 Aerospace Programs. This role will ideally be based out of our Minneapolis, MN or Scottsdale, AZ or Endicott, NY office but open to remote candidates with 10% travel.
Our Program Manager, oversees and drive the successful execution of complex programs, primarily related to FPGA design, development, testing and validation. This role requires strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and effective stakeholder management to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, leadership experience, and the ability to balance technical, financial, and operational aspects of multiple projects.
The successful candidate is detail-oriented and highly collaborative. There will be a significant amount of interaction with the customer’s teams. Listening to the customer’s issues and offering proactive solutions is critical to building a strong relationship with this customer.
As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple FPGA engineering teams and projects for aerospace clients, ensuring compliance with DO-254 standards. This individual will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. They will support proposal development, interface with customers, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, including engineering and Sales. They will be responsible for interviewing and selecting FPGA engineers to support client programs, as well as moving engineers between programs as necessary.
This role requires deep knowledge of FPGA programs, with specific experience in DO-254 certification processes and previous leadership of similar projects.
