The Department of Faculty Affairs is seeking a Program Manager for Faculty Affairs to manage a varied project and events portfolio. Supports the following programs which include but are not limited to The GW Academic Leadership Academy (GWALA), The Society of the Emeriti (SOTE), and the Faculty Awards and Honors program. Reporting to the Assistant Provost for Faculty Affairs, this position requires organizational and strategic problem-solving skills. It requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain time-sensitive deadlines, and convey complex concepts to key stakeholders. This position is expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and conscientiousness in the execution of these duties. This is a hybrid position based at GW's Foggy Bottom campus in Washington, D.C. While this position is not responsible for the formal supervision of staff, it will lead project teams and delegation of work to other employees. This role is responsible for tasks, duties, assignments, and projects ranging in complexity and often requiring analysis. Responsibilities Include:
