Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Program Manager - Flight Operations SMS Promotion to lead training, communication, and initiatives that foster a positive safety culture among the pilot workforce.

You will coordinate SMS training, promote proactive safety messaging, and participate in safety groups and industry summits while ensuring day-to-day line operations knowledge and aircraft qualification maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• Minimum age 18.
• College degree in a technical field or equivalent airline experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FAA rules/regulations.
• Must read/write/speak/understand English fluently.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Technical writing experience preferred.
• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate preferred.
• Airline operations experience preferred.
