University of Utah Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Professional Schools’ Financial Aid Programs to oversee graduate and professional financial aid initiatives, with a primary focus on health sciences and medical programs. The role supports the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid, handling processing, services, and communications for students and colleagues onsite and virtually.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus two years of related experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).

Responsabilités

Oversee designated programs to ensure awareness and utilization of funding according to rules and policies.
Ensure information and counseling for students and colleagues is accurate and timely.
Communicate policies and procedures to students, families, and staff clearly and inclusively.
Update and distribute program manuals to reflect current regulations and rights/responsibilities.
Maintain documentation of eligibility and compliance and collaborate with leadership on program effectiveness.
