Job summary

Navanti Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a U.S. Department of Transportation executive coaching program for senior leaders across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations.

The role emphasizes program management, implementation, scheduling, staffing coordination, quality control, communication, and performance reporting in a primarily virtual environment with occasional in-person meetings in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience working in the federal government.
• Experience managing programs, projects, operations, or leadership development.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, schedules, resources, and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing implementation plans, status reports, meeting materials, trackers, and briefings.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for the DOT Contracting Officer's Representative, DOT Program Manager, coaches, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Lead the program kickoff and support development of the implementation approach.
• Coordinate coaching requests, participant intake, coach-client matching, scheduling and engagement tracking.
• Monitor coach availability, workload, capacity, and surge coverage across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations.
• Maintain program schedules, staffing trackers, action-item logs, risk logs and quality-control records.
• Coordinate individual coaching, team coaching, leadership assessments, and participant-development activities.
• Maintain separation between program reporting and confidential coach-client information.
• Prepare program status reports, materials, briefings, and performance summaries.
