Job summary

Meta seeks a Program Manager for Executive Development to own end-to-end delivery of senior leadership experiences, coordinating in-person and virtual events, and producing participant materials to exacting standards with deadlines.

You will manage vendor relationships, build repeatable processes, and apply AI to streamline workflows while maintaining privacy and sensitivity reviews. A proven track record with executives and data-driven planning is required.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience developing and executing business and/or learning solutions.
  • 4+ years of program/project management experience running programs end to end.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-touch programs or events for senior or executive audiences, where quality and discretion are non-negotiable.
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility in front of senior leaders — able to hold a room of executives during delivery, read it, and adjust in the moment.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining trackers, operating procedures, and reporting that others rely on.
  • Demonstrated track record of attention to detail in participant-facing materials and communications.
  • Experience managing complex logistics for in-person and virtual experiences, including vendors and external suppliers.
  • Experience applying AI tools to automate or improve operational workflows.
  • Experience managing, structuring, and analyzing program data.
  • Experience managing contingent workers or vendors to a defined brief.
  • Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity, and who stays calm when timelines compress.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of Executive Development programs.
  • Serve as the participant-facing program manager once a cohort is running, including in-session presence, cohort communications, and holding the experience standard live.
  • Own in-person and virtual event execution: venues, vendors, production, print and delivery, and day-of execution — so logistics are invisible to leaders.
  • Produce the materials senior leader experiences depend on — briefs, run-of-show documents, journals, and participant materials — to a consistent standard against real deadlines, in place early enough that senior leader and faculty time is immediately productive.
  • Drive participants to a filled, ready cohort. Issue invitations, track nominations, confirmations and declines, chase non-responses through executive assistants, and drive required inputs — assessments, pre-work, forms, and closeout surveys — to completion, documenting exceptions.
  • Build the repeatable processes behind each program, documented well enough that someone new could run it, and keep program assets current, findable, and reusable cycle over cycle — so delivery never depends on who is staffed.
  • Own data capture and standing reporting. Capture data at the right moments in each program and maintain the reporting and quality checks built on it.
  • Project-manage design and build work toward execution — workback plans, designer and vendor coordination, decision-gate readiness, and asset production.
  • Manage contingent workers and vendors against a clear brief, holding delivery quality and timelines.
  • Execute communications plans — drafting, sequencing, scheduling, sending, and tracking.
  • Apply AI to how the team operates — automating and compressing internal workflows, reporting, tracking, and production, including completing privacy and sensitivity review.
  • Support planning with delivery evidence. Bring participant and program data into quarterly planning, maintain team meeting materials and trackers, and surface delivery risk early.
  • Jump in and manage evolving priorities, including planning and executing special projects and events as needed.
