Job summary

Choisys Technology, Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide software development, sustainment, and multi-year system migration initiative for MPJV, CVTEK. You will interface with the government, oversee legacy sunsetting, and ensure smooth data transitions to modern platforms. The role requires an active Secret clearance (IT-I eligible), U.S.

citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree. PMP or equivalent agile certification is preferred. Location: Ft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret security clearance (IT-I eligibility) and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience leading IT/program management in government or enterprise-scale environments.
• PMP or equivalent Agile/project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple locations.
• Lead Agile SDLC and DevSecOps processes; draft PMP, IMS, RMP, and ADMP.
• Control scope with formal CC B processes and change management.
• Oversee legacy sunsetting, data transitions, and migration to new environment.
• Coordinate RMF integration with ISSMs to maintain ATO.
• Oversee ADDIE training lifecycle for end-users.
• Ensure Tier II/III Help Desk and incident reporting within 24 hours.
