Job summary

Handshake is hiring a Program Manager to support our Employer Customer Success team in driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to help our premium employer partners achieve their early talent hiring goals.

You will execute strategic projects, develop recruiting campaigns, and provide data-driven insights that empower employers to attract and hire top entry-level talent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience in customer facing SaaS, recruiting, implementation, or professional services roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion through project-based work across the platform.
• Develop targeted recruiting campaigns by crafting messaging and outreach to connect employers with entry-level talent.
• Analyze hiring trends and performance metrics via custom reporting and audits.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users to maximize platform value and ROI.
• Create training materials focused on diversity, sourcing strategies, and platform optimization.
• Advise employer partners on maximizing recruiting success within Handshake.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance the employer experience.
