Job summary

Handshake is hiring a Program Manager to support our Employer Customer Success team in driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our platform. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to help premium employer partners achieve early talent hiring goals and execute strategic projects.

You will craft targeted campaigns, provide data-driven insights, and build strong relationships to ensure partners maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer facing SaaS, recruiting, implementation, or professional services roles.
• Ability to understand customer goals and recommend new approaches to drive adoption and hiring targets.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup with ambiguity and rapid pace.
• Strong communication and relationship management, with experience presenting to stakeholders and leading trainings.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive employer success by executing project-based work that supports adoption, retention, and expansion across the platform.
• Develop targeted recruiting campaigns by crafting messaging and executing outreach to connect employers with entry-level talent.
• Analyze hiring trends and performance metrics through custom reporting and audits of employer activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users to maximize platform value and ROI.
• Create and maintain best practices and training materials focused on diversity and platform optimization.
• Advise employer partners as a Handshake product expert to maximize recruiting success within the platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the employer experience and drive product adoption.
