Handshake is seeking a Program Manager to support their Employer Customer Success team in San Francisco. In this role, you will drive employer adoption and retention by collaborating with Account Managers and executing strategic projects to enhance hiring efforts.

The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage projects effectively. This full-time role requires working in the office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience in customer facing SaaS, recruiting, or professional services roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, experienced in stakeholder presentations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects end to end.
