Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering, science or related technical field.
• Eleven or more years of progressively complex program administration experience.

• Customer-focused, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the program(s) from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance.
• Develop and coordinate program plans for internal R&D and external development efforts.
• Collaborate with staff and management to meet technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
• Establish technical requirements, critical designs, and evaluation criteria for product research and development.
• Interact with stakeholders to resolve technical, cost, and scheduling issues and lead risk management.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, statements of work, and contract terms; influence negotiations and modifications.
• Provide technical leadership and recruit, retain, and develop needed resources.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activities and lead reviews with customers.
