Job summary

Cumming Group is hiring a Program Manager in Los Angeles to oversee an Asset Renewal Program for a major educational institution. You will lead planning, design, construction, and closeout of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in PM/engineering/construction management, with experience in educational facilities and facility upgrades; CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years in project management, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience with educational facility projects and/or facility upgrade projects preferred.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design processes to monitor project scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Lead a project team across large or multiple projects.
• Define technical scope and review cost estimates.
• Maintain monthly project budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Manage change orders with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Provide regular client communications and progress reports.
