Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks an Instructional Coordinator & Apprenticeship Program Instructor to design, implement and assess ECE apprenticeship experiences. You will work with the Early Childhood Program Chair and School Dean to ensure accreditation standards are met and to oversee guidelines, schedules and reporting.

The role includes teaching 3 credits per semester (9 credits per year) in Early Childhood Education, with a focus on field placement supervision, program development, and

Qualifications

• Masters in Early Childhood Education with related experience or equivalent
• Distance teaching experience and supervising field placement students
• Strong written, verbal communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ECE Apprenticeship curriculum and program delivery
• Supervise apprenticeship students at placement sites and coordinate with partners
• Teach 3 credits per semester (9 credits per year) in related field
• Develop and maintain accreditation and reporting documentation
• Collaborate with Program Chair and School Dean on governance and reporting
• Support grant-funded initiatives and program expansion
