Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Instructional Coordinator & Apprenticeship Program Instructor to develop, program and lead an internship initiative in Early Childhood Education. The role collaborates with the Program Chair and School Dean, and may require travel between campuses.

The incumbent will teach 3 credits per semester, design and assess experiences, ensure accreditation standards are met, and manage reporting, with grant funding supporting the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education required; 2+ years higher education instructional experience.
• Experience in distance teaching and supervising field placement students (birth to eight years).
• Program development, business management, curriculum development experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties to support ECE Apprenticeship program and related courses.
• Teach 3 credits per semester in Apprenticeship ECE.
• Develop and revise curriculum to align with accreditation standards.
• Monitor and report program data and outcomes; coordinate with campus staff and regulatory bodies.
